Rumours of a link between the US first family and the Nazi war machine have circulated for decades. Now the Guardian can reveal how repercussions of events that culminated in action under the Trading with the Enemy Act are still being felt by today's president

Start the fire.

The Reichstag fire was an arson attack (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reichstag_fire) on the Reichstag building in Berlin on 27 February 1933. The event is seen as pivotal in the establishment of Nazi Germany.

Bush was a member of the Board of Directors of Union Banking Corp, whose assets were seized under the Trading with the Enemy Act due to ownership by "enemy nationals". (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prescott_Bush)[2][3] Many companies did business with Germany prior to World War II, including IBM,[4] Ford,[5] and General Motors.[6]

Then, take a ship and falsify its objective...

Thank you Zen,
Yes, follow the money and you find the answers. I am keeping up with the posts in reading them, but just a bit busy over the holidays right now to be posting much back. Good information.

It is irrational that more people do not see the connection between these "events" and the solution of war carried out over and over again. Even though most people consider the JFK assassination a true conspiracy, very few are suspicious enough to question the current political lies. Mind boggling.

Very nice. Isn't it, though.

The only rational concept which in one moment of understanding gave me peace is the thinking band-aid, Cognitive Disonance (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cognitive_dissonance).

Cognitive dissonance is an uncomfortable feeling caused by holding two contradictory ideas simultaneously.

A powerful cause of dissonance is when an idea conflicts with a fundamental element of the self-concept, such as "I am a good person" or "I made the right decision." This can lead to rationalization when a person is presented with evidence of a bad choice. It can also lead to confirmation bias, the denial of disconfirming evidence, and other ego defense mechanisms.

The blue sentence above is very powerful and un-boggles:rainbow: my thinking.

If you haven't heard Chalmers Johnson (X-CIA) discuss this subject then this fine documentary is well worth the time. There is a moving image which plays over and over while you have to choose from the main menu. A large magnet held by a crane picks up metal bomb shells over and over and places them atop a large pile, tinkling as if in a child's munitions yard. Sheer vast and pointless waste.

The Looming Crisis at the Pentagon
How Taxpayers Finance Fantasy Wars
By Chalmers Johnson
posted February 02, 2009

Like much of the rest of the world, Americans know that the U.S. automotive industry is in the grips of what may be a fatal decline. Unless it receives emergency financing and undergoes significant reform, it is undoubtedly headed for the graveyard in which many American industries are already buried, including those that made televisions and other consumer electronics, many types of scientific and medical equipment, machine tools, textiles, and much earth-moving equipment -- and that's to name only the most obvious candidates. They all lost their competitiveness to newly emerging economies that were able to outpace them in innovative design, price, quality, service, and fuel economy, among other things.

A similar, if far less well known, crisis exists when it comes to the military-industrial complex. That crisis has its roots in the corrupt and deceitful practices that have long characterized the high command of the Armed Forces, civilian executives of the armaments industries, and Congressional opportunists and criminals looking for pork-barrel projects, defense installations for their districts, or even bribes for votes.

Given our economic crisis, the estimated trillion dollars we spend each year on the military and its weaponry is simply unsustainable. Even if present fiscal constraints no longer existed, we would still have misspent too much of our tax revenues on too few, overly expensive, overly complex weapons systems that leave us ill-prepared to defend the country in a real military emergency. We face a double crisis at the Pentagon: we can no longer afford the pretense of being the Earth's sole superpower, and we cannot afford to perpetuate a system in which the military-industrial complex makes its fortune off inferior, poorly designed weapons.

Double Crisis at the Pentagon

This self-destructive system of bloated budgets and purchases of the wrong weapons has persisted for so long thanks to the aura of invincibility surrounding the Armed Forces and a mistaken belief that jobs in the arms industry are as valuable to the economy as jobs in the civilian sector.

Recently, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Admiral Michael Mullen began to advocate nothing less than protecting the Pentagon budget by pegging defense spending to a fixed percentage of gross domestic product (GDP, the total value of goods and services produced by the economy). This would, of course, mean simply throwing out serious strategic analysis of what is actually needed for national defense. Mullen wants, instead, to raise the annual defense budget in the worst of times to at least 4% of GDP. Such a policy is clearly designed to deceive the public about ludicrously wasteful spending on weapons systems which has gone on for decades.

It is hard to imagine any sector of the American economy more driven by ideology, delusion, and propaganda than the armed services. Many people believe that our military is the largest, best equipped, and most invincible among the world's armed forces. None of these things is true, but our military is, without a doubt, the most expensive to maintain. Each year, we Americans account for nearly half of all global military spending, an amount larger than the next 45 nations together spend on their militaries annually.

MORE PLANNING BACKGROUND Resulting from the Reference Guide

US Gives China Eminent Domain Over US Property
Beyond High Treason
A. True Ott, PhD, ND
2-28-09

Let's connect some dots today, boys and girls to learn about the HIGHEST POSSIBLE TREASON that has happened in this country.

THIS IS AS REAL AND AS UGLY AS IT CAN GET.

Dot #1 China begins its covert war on the FREE American republic in the 1950's by taking over much of the PHARMACEUTICAL DRUG manufacturing for American and British Big Pharma. This is an outgrowth of the Rothschild's OPIUM RING PROCESSING by the British West Indies company during the 1800's, and is brokered by the "City of London" and Washington D.C.

Dot #2 Arch-illuminist and satanist Henry Kissinger "normalizes" trade relations with China during the Nixon years.

Dot #3 Eventual LDS (Mormon) Church President Gordon B. Hinckley, via the church-owned Polynesian Cultural Center in Hawaii, establishes a "hard currency" pipeline with Bejing, exchanging bank "trade credits" for CIA/BRITISH MI6 DRUG SERVICES RENDERED into hard GOLD AND SILVER while hiding behind the cloak of "World Religion". This is facilitated via the LDS-Church built and controlled "Shenzhen Special Economic Zone" adjacent to Hong Kong. When Hinckley is made LDS President, his first "official" visit as "World Prophet" is to China, where the Chinese Communist leaders give him a hero's welcome and a confetti parade. (See attached paper --- "Pensees of a Puzzled Pilgrim" pp 5-6 and Desert News, June 1, 1996 article: "President Hinckley Visits China").

Dot #4 Arkansas natives Bill Clinton and Sam Walton massively increase contracts with China's factories over 2,000%. This results in a tremendous imbalance of trade with China. Thanks to the Mormon "Special Economic Zone" -- China's communist leaders begin amassing incredible "real" wealth in gold and silver.

Dot #5 China purchases TRILLIONS of dollars worth of U.S. Treasury Bills and Bonds, paying for it with gold and silver provided by the Shenzhen Economic Zone exchanges. Much of the U.S. "national debt" is purchased from the private "Federal Reserve" banks in this manner.

Dot #6 Dr. Jeff Taubenberger of the U.S. Institute of Pathology in Ft. Dedrick MD, (The world headquarters for biologic weapons development) successfully maps the genome of the 1918 killer "flu" virus responsible for the 1918 "pandemic" that killed millions.
The worst killer virus ever to plague mankind is now ready to be used as a covert "weapon" disguised as a natural "influenza" mutations.

Dot #6 July, 2005: The Illuminati-conrolled United Nations announces that the world is long over-due for an "influenza pandemic". The H5N1 "Avian Flu" is wrongfully demonized as a COVER.

Dot #7 December 2005: The Chinese Defense Minister, Chi Haotiaon delivers a speech to the Chinese military leaders outlining the inevitable "expansion" of China into Canada, the U.S., and Australia -- He justifies this because of Chinese racial "superiority" and thus "emminent domain". To accomplish this, American would first have to be "Cleansed" by means of a powerful "biological weapon" --- causing 150 -200 MILLION AMERICAN DEATHS!!! The plan would be enacted AFTER the symbolic OLYMPIC GAMES beginning at the sacred day of 8-08-08 are concluded. China begins buying oil and gas futures, spiking the worldwide prices to historic levels.

(http://www.bibliotecapleyades.net/sociopolitica/esp_sociopol_roundtable_5.htm)Click Pic for More Round Table Fun

Dot #8 March 13, 2008: A secret meeting is conducted for the U.S. House and Senate. Agents of the Club of Rome give a preview of upcoming events to elected officials who first swear an oath of secrecy. The traitors are briefed that the economy will begin its collapse in October, 2008 -- and will TOTALLY collapse in mid 2009. As events unfold in 2009-2010, Congress was told of the real possibily of massive civil unrest and even Civil War being waged. Detention camps constructed to imprison civil 'agitators'. See http://www.afterdowningstreet.org/node/34877
for the complete meeting agenda.

Dot #9 In September, 2008 -- as soon as the Olympics are concluded, China stops buying oil and gas futures while dumping U.S. Treasury bills and bonds. Gasoline prices plummet, while the U.S. mortgage loan money becomes tightly constricted. The Club of Rome's agenda is being implemented perfectly.

Dot #10 In October, just as explained in March, the economy indeed begins its collapse with mortgage banks going bankrupt as the Chinese dump their U.S. Securities. This causes a world-wide "rush to liquidity" as money supplies DRASTICALLY tighten.

Dot #11 Billions of worthless U.S. Government "bailout" debit entries are given to bolster failing U.S. Banks. These are "worthless" because China now controls most of the U.S. "REAL" wealth in the form of gold and silver. China refuses to continue investing credit loans to the U.S. Treasury.

Dot #12 Barack Hussein Obama is elected, promising "Change you can believe in." After taking office in January, Obama sends Hillary Clinton on a critical mission to China and helps write H.R. 45 -- a complete grab of America's guns ala Adolph Hitler. State leaders who understand what Clinton and Obama agenda with China is about, are seeking legal "Sovereignty" to prevent the loss of property to a foreign power.

David Dees (http://www.rense.com/1.mpicons/dees1.htm)

Dot #13 China agrees to continue investing in U.S. Treasury Bills only after securing the right of "eminent domain" to physically repossess foreclosed American PRIVATE PROPERTY. This move is the equivalent of an unconditional surrender following a bloody war.
This also gives the Chinese military the LEGAL RIGHT to use biological weaponry to "Clean up America all at once". It gives them the legal right to use deadly force in removing trespassing Americans from occupying Chinese real estate.

Connect these 13 evil dots, and this is what you get:

FEDS GRANT EMINENT DOMAIN AS COLLATERAL TO CHINA FOR U.S. DEBTS

BEIJING, China -- Sources at the United States Embassy in Beijing China have just CONFIRMED that the United States of America has tendered to China a written agreement which grants to the People's Republic of China, an option to exercise Eminent Domain within the USA, as collateral for China's continued purchase of US Treasury Notes and existing US Currency reserves.

The written agreement was brought to Beijing by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and was formalized and agreed-to during her recent trip to China.

This means that in the event the US Government defaults on its financial obligations to China, the Communist Government of China would be permitted to physically take -- inside the USA -- land, buildings, factories, perhaps even entire cities - to satisfy the financial obligations of the US government.

Put simply, the feds have now actually mortgaged the physical land and property of all citizens and businesses in the United States. They have given to a foreign power, their Constitutional power to "take" all of our property, as actual collateral for continued Chinese funding of US deficit spending and the continued carrying of US national debt.

Ok, a collection of misc afterthoughts, reactions and jetsam to various parts of this thread, follows.

Re. Cognitive Dissonance:
Here is a short piece on it I cobbled from somewhere, I forgot to note the source on it.
http://fredsitelive.com/reference/CognitiveDissonance.htm

I loved this:
This self-destructive system of bloated budgets and purchases of the wrong weapons has persisted for so long thanks to the aura of invincibility surrounding the Armed Forces and a mistaken belief that jobs in the arms industry are as valuable to the economy as jobs in the civilian sector.

Each year, we Americans account for nearly half of all global military spending, an amount larger than the next 45 nations together spend on their militaries annually."Working weapon? I haven't had a working weapon since Korea!" (whole room laughs) - A general in the movie Deal Of The Century

I did 20 years in and around the aerospace industry. Jaw-droppin' amazing how it worked.

thinking back, ever notice that, on a monthly basis, one of the major contractors would get caught in one kind of fraud or another? They'd get caught in fraud involving hundreds of thousands, to billions at a time? After a short meeting there'd be an announcement the company had plead guilty, and they'd been fined some $5,000 to $20,000. Bip! the end! No one goes to jail. No one is barred from further contracts.

Most of these corporations spend more than $20k just keeping their corporate jets waxed. Besides, most bids already included the cost of the fines, so who cared?

Dot #4 Arkansas natives Bill Clinton and Sam Walton massively increase contracts with China's factories over 2,000%. This results in a tremendous imbalance of trade with China. If anyone wants to read them, I can put them up, but I have the Ken Timmerman articles on the Loral Corp Scandal.

What they detail, is the fact that the Clinton Admin flat gave China 35 years of U.S. Missile guidance technology, in return for $1 million for their re-election campaign.

Priot to that, China couldn't hit Texas on a windy day. Now theirs is as good as ours. Hell it IS ours.

Dot #7 December 2005: The Chinese Defense Minister, Chi Haotiaon delivers a speech to the Chinese military leaders outlining the inevitable "expansion" of China into Canada, the U.S., and Australia -

Dot #9 In September, 2008 -- as soon as the Olympics are concluded, China stops buying oil and gas futures while dumping U.S. Treasury bills and bonds.

I remember seeing something go by in the press... was back about 2000 or 2001. The then-premier of China gave what amounted to their "state of the union" speech, Parliment, and military leaders, assembled. The speech was openly published. In it, he charged the whole country to be ready for war with the U.S. by no later than 2008.

Side note: Stupidly, I neither copied down this statement, nor a link to it. I have since tried several times, over the years, to find it again. Ha!... HA! For all my cleverness using google, it became impossible to find any trace of it. Any mention of "China" and "2008" got you back nothing except articles about the Olympics.

The stuff in dots #7 and #9 are all clearly laid out. They're following THE playbook on this, and the US could not possibly be helping them more, to accomplish this. For the playbook see:

Paul Kennedy Interviews Gwynne Dyer on
CLIMATE WARS
Listen from CBC Radio (\"http://www.cbc.ca/ideas/features/climate-wars/index.html\")
[QUOTE]Program Excerpt

About 2 years ago I noticed that the military in various countries, and especially in the Pentagon, were beginning to take climate change seriously. Now, it's the business of the military to find new security threats. It's also in their own self-interest, since they need a constant supply of threats in order to justify their demands on the taxpayers' money, so you should always take the new threats that the soldiers discover with a grain of salt. You know, never ask the barber whether you need a haircut.

But I did start to look into this idea that global warming could lead to wars. It turned into a year-long trek talking to scientists, soldiers and politicians in a dozen different countries. I have come back from that trip seriously worried, and there are four things I learned that I think you ought to know.

The first is that a lot of the scientists who study climate change are in a state of suppressed panic these days. Things seem to be moving much faster than their models predicted.

The second thing is that the military strategists are right. Global warming is going to cause wars, because some countries will suffer a lot more than others. That will make dealing with the global problem of climate change a lot harder.

The third is that we are probably not going to meet the deadlines. The world's countries will probably not cut their greenhouse gas emissions enough, in time, to keep the warming from going past 2 degrees celsius. That is very serious.

And the fourth thing is that it may be possible to cheat on the deadlines. I think we will need a way to cheat, at least for a while, in order to avoid a global disaster.

That's what this series is going to deal with, and we'll be lucky if we get through it all in 3 episodes. But I’m going to start by giving you an example of what that global disaster might look like, and the best way to do that is with a scenario. This is NOT a prediction of what the future will look like, because there are far too many variables and sheer unknowns to predict the world of, say, 2046. It’s just a plausible example of what 2046 could look like if we get it wrong over the next ten or fifteen years.

"Working weapon? I haven't had a working weapon since Korea!" (whole room laughs) - A general in the movie Deal Of The Century

This is not a quote from "Deal Of The Century", but from the Val Kilmer film, "Real Genius".

Re. Unrestricted Warfare (http://fredsitelive.com/books/UnrestrictedWar.htm)
By Qiao Liang and Wang Xiangsui

This thing was fascinating to me, in several ways;
1. It's plans are based upon a fairly decent study of, and understanding of the last 500 years or western civilization, with emphasis on how to scavenge from it, anything of value, and how to take it apart.

2. It was very revealing about, just how much they know about us, vs. how very little we know about them. Criminal obsession meets criminal negligence.

Their plan is basically a variation on this:
Art of War by Sun Tzu (http://fredsitelive.com/books/Art_Of_War_Sunzu.htm) Chapter 1, #21. "If he is secure at all points, be prepared for him. If he is in superior strength, evade him."

Try as they might, our govt seems to be holding true to the one lesson it partly learned the hard way in the last 50 years, "Never get involved in a land war in Asia."

They've threatened/conquered/harrassed South Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam, Tibet, one of the "stans", India, and several others. So far we haven't jumped in, since Vietnam, really.

Side note: India is an interesting case.
1. A state of war still exists between China and India, stemming from a border dispute they had over 50 years ago. Everyone else may have forgotten, but neither of them have.

2. Look at what China has done in Tibet. They have spent mucho there, building supply roads, and military bases there. Tibet isn't that hard to hold. This is all an "advanced camp" allowing then to threaten India from a place which doesn't put their own territory at risk.

3. They've done the same thing in Pakistan, through coersion and contracts, by building a new port for them on their western coast, and a major highway leading to it from China.

#2 and #3, done China has effectively cut India off from any land-based supply/trade lines to the rest of the world (Sorry Bangladesh, but you're just not relevant for this discussion).

4. More forgotten history. It was about a decade ago that India, with much noise, announced they had revived their nuclear program. At the time, there was a lot of press about this being in response to Pakistan doing the same. An after the fact excuse, at best. If you can still find it, go back and look at India's stated reasons for it.

At the time, China had begun two things.
1. They started sending troops into villages in Tibet, where the people were ethnically linked to India, telling them this was no longer "their territory", get out. They even did this for some miles into India's side of the border.

2. Their navy began harassing shipping going to and from the ports along the western coast of India.
This was what caused India to revive it's nuke program, not Pakistan. Since then, China has focused on building up it's navy, securing contractual deals for oil and a naval presence in what they call the "string of pearls", the area around Indonesia, and Malaysia [see also: oil].

Ok, back to "If he is in superior strength, evade him."
The one thing China does not want is a nuclear war with the US. They know they'll either lose and/or suffer too expensive a loss. But, we're still in their way, so simply "evading" is not a means to the desired end. What to do?

It's all laid out in "Unrestricted Warfare". You obviously have to change the equation. The discussion centers around destroying our ability to support, and finance a protracted war. So,

Remove the enemy's manufacturing infrastructure. Wouldn't a near-slave, cheap labor source, and "outsourcing" do that fairly well? check.

Destroy their monetary system. check.

Hinder their foreign supply lines, and weaken their ties with allies of concern. check. All three of these are interconnected, and done right, you've basically taken an enemy of "superior strength" and made them irrelevant. And guess what country has helped them to accomplish this the most? The US.

What they've done is remove possible responses save one. The one the rest of the world would never forgive/allow us, a pre-emptive nuclear strike.

Well, we could always dump a couple trillion into our conventional sea and ground forces, right? LoL Sorry, we blew it all on a lie, in Iraq.

We could maybe "borrow" a couple trillion from our grandkids. Sorry, we just pissed that away, throwing that down our rat-hole of a banking system.

We could go looking for foreign sources. Doubt it, since our main "financier" of late is the one guy who would seek to prevent that at all costs, is China. They didn't become so, out of kindness. They'd dump their US bonds, etc in a heartbeat. Remember it's not about money, but power. No matter what loss they suffered by dumping this "weapon" on the market, would still be nothing compared to what it'd do to us.

Next:
The last 8 years they have been using the main "peace-time weapon" that we used in the 50's and 60's. The very same one we "gave" away. Here is part of it:

While the US has busied itself in pissing off most of the countries on this rock, China has signed long term, oil for technology, oil for manufactured goods, oil for oil production equipment, with every one of the top 20 countries on that list, save two: The US, and Iraq (and they're working on Iraq). Gee... sound vaguely familiar? It should. It's what we did with the wealth, and power of our manufacturing infrastructure and it's ability to export. Now it's theirs.

And it's not just oil. Brazil, for instance, is back to tearing down the rain forest. Food to China, in exchange for farming equipment, loans, etc. Meanwhile the US is left playing the "support our bankrupt dollar or we'll topple your government" game. More and more we become the nuisance, China becomes the "good guy", making pre-emptive action on our part even less viable.

Anyway, before I start rambling...

An interesting reaction to someone mentioning "Art Of War", in a book I read about a month ago:
"First of all, War isn't art. It's psychosis."
