From my armchair observatory, Mars.
The channel in this VIS image is in the Tempe Fossae region, just west of Sytinskaya Crater.

The channel in this VIS image is in the Tempe Fossae region, just west of Sytinskaya Crater.
My untrained eye spots the following:
A - Raised feature with highly regular circular shape
B - Truncated dome shape
C - Looks like excavation
D - Dome appears to have cylindrical tube attached
E - Vaguely hexagonal imprint
I'm probably missing lots on this one. What else do you see?

IMHO
(In My Honest Opinion)
A. Is an older almost filled in crater. Flooding by water / mud has filled it in.
In this photo the sun is from the left side. Thus these are mostly depressions, not raised.
Ahh yes, the infamous "Glass Tube Worms" of Mars. Some of what is shown in the image of them still have me questioning just what NASA had airbrushed out.
