Yes, I am sure today's educators are prime and shinning examples of how to edumacate beings.
Yeah, some of today's teachers are really lame.
But I was referring to this tool they have, not to the educators themselves.
I have been told that educators identify students according to how they learn and strive to deliver the info accordingly.
I think there are four or five types, if I recall.
I had the tool / system explained to me.
More accurately, it was the several ways that people learn better that have been identified. Some teachers are trained to recognize the types and teach accordingly for best results.
For example some kids take in info better one way than another..audio versus visual for example. I dont recall all the details but I recall being impressed by the results when the system was correctly applied.
BTW do you know any teachers that you would consider "are prime and shinning examples of how to edumacate beings." ?

Never forget that old adage...
"Those that know how... DO
Those that don't... TEACH"
LOL I know a few teachers who get pissed at that statement
For example some kids take in info better one way than another..audio versus visual for example. I dont recall all the details but I recall being impressed by the results when the system was correctly applied.
This is very true... and something the PTB and even UFOlogists, etc use to their benefit... I could give reams of examples but that would take to long...
Finding out what the learning trigger is in everyone is something that allows mind control to work... it is how cults are created. And even in forums you can see this applied as people are 'weeded out' according to their ability (or inability) to focus on the message.
I know you mean in the regular school system... but it applies more after school than in class... any 'teacher' with an agenda can get a following by simply identifying the learning triggers of those he/she reaches...
The GFoL stuff is prime example... start people with something they WANT to hear and you have their attention... dare to question the original premise and you get drama and personal attacks... until you weed out the 'chosen' who you can then teach.
BTW do you know any teachers that you would consider "are prime and shinning examples of how to edumacate beings." ?
Yes my old Chemistry professor... He was a college professor who saw student after student come to college with no real background or understanding of basic chemistry...
So he quit his high paid job and came to teach at the top high school in Toronto that had a chemistry course. He lived out of town so rented an apt across from the school. He was thus available all week after class for anyone with any questions.
You could also ask him about most any topic other than chemistry and he would find you an answer...
He also singled out the different levels of learning ability... and thus at the top of the curve were let out of the classes so he could focus on those that were slower in understanding.
What this did is give those slower learners a chance to really learn and more one on one time... and they had no peer pressure of the smart ones always having the answer... plus the added incentive that if they 'got it' they earned free time.
It worked NO ONE failed his classes... I have a photo of him I need to scan... a real Einstein look about him LOL but he was great...
One class set was about distillation... so he went across the street to the local pub and set up a black board and we had class at the pub... Now THAT was a fun class...
(Remember that the drinking age in Toronto at the time was 18 (in Ontario today it is 19, but you can serve at 18... an pot smoking is legal in Ontario) :bananen_smilies029: )

I know two teachers that are aware of the faults of the govt school 'system'
They tell me that there are more aware ones like them. That makes sense to me because awareness is rising everywhere.
The two that I know blame the system's faults on the generally accepted reasons such as the usual ills of top heavy jaded incompetent aged bureaucracy and funding problems.
As with the description and labeling of psychopath behavior, the roots of symptoms in education are just mislabeled.
I'm not about to tell the two teachers I know that it is a skillfully deceptive plot implemented by bad aliens secretly controlling the system, yet.
