Montana Town Occupied By Private Paramilitary POLICE Force

http://forum.prisonplanet.com/index.php?topic=137656.msg828639;topicseen#top

A private security force whose biggest role is helping the U.S. government to “combat terrorism” is now patrolling the streets of a town in Montana, acting as law enforcement but accountable to nobody and operating completely outside the limitations of the U.S. constitution in a chilling throwback to the brownshirts of Nazi Germany.

also staffing an empty prison and not saying why

PS

it is Montana (& Tennessee) who are in a face off with the 'fed gov'.
Those 2 states are stating that they can manufacture and sell certain weapons as long as they do not cross state lines. Fed BATF has told Tenn in writing that fed law trumps Tenn law.
This could become a significant 10th amendment case

It is also of interest to know that Oregon never ratified the constitution. Washington is an illegal state, besides Alaska has almost seceded from the union a few times. There is unrest in all walks of life today.
