That is the weirdest thing I have ever seen..A couple of Sci-Fi movies come to mind....I like to know where the blue beam landed...because it looks like the spiral started first then the beam...I might be mistaken..

I have to admit that it is a very odd display of something.

I doubt it was a spinning out of control rocket as it would have been blown up immediately.
