that's a cool video.. I watched that launch from the parking lot at work.. I must have went back into the office before the sonic wave....
Now that is amazing, its looks similar to how sand liquefies in an earthquake.
Here it is again but without the zoom lens. I can barely see it.
And Nasa does it again, they cut from the camera view that would show the sonic boom to a different camera that appears to have a closer view but no sonic boom. The boom happens at a minute 13 right after launch at 42 seconds into the youtube video that Norval posted. Nasa's video shows the time but at a minute 01 they switch cameras. Why didn't this closer view with the sound of the rocket also show the sonic boom...why oh why oh why? Or did I just miss it?
This video shows the shock wave but what is that line to the left of the rocket?
I will have to watch sonic boom videos to see more of the wave effects, fascinating...

What i find amazing is that you never hear the sonic boom on take off ...at least from where i'm standing, but my entire house shakes with the LOUD sonic boom as the shuttle comes in for a landing...

You would have to be at a certain angle to view the sun halo, dog, so some may have not seen it.
Also, a sonic boom travels in the direction of the object making it. In this case up and out over the ocean mostly. The very loud sound of the rocket would tend to dampen any of the sonic boom you could hear from below.
