Movies, Information Control and Twists of the Truth

List the movies you have seen that depict some piece of information released, unfortunately there is always a twist of the Truth with it.

One movie series I was most impressed with was Lord of the Rings, it gets a 10+.
My most resent disappointment for a movie was "2012". I think the first half of the movie was a comedy, I'll give this movie a -2 on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 the best.

Star Gate I think takes the cake for information control that has dominated the scene for the past decade and longer. They put down the Bible every chance they get while pointing out all the truth that is in the fairy tales and myths. The Goa'uld are a good example of the Bad ET's attitudes and petty egotistical jealousies.

Every time I saw the scenes where the Goa'uld were swimming in their lakes; I would think of "fishing". :lol:

Yes, Stargate is my favorite. They did a great job with the Goa'uld/Bet attitude and arrogance. They also have the sentient intelligent machine, the Replicators.
